Referred Business Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Referral Submission
  • A referred business must be a new client to Aux Talent, meaning they have not previously engaged our services.
  • Referrals must be submitted through our official referral form before any direct communication between Aux Talent and the referred business.
2. Referral Ownership & Conflicts
  • The referral is credited to the first person who submits it.
  • If a referred business is already in discussions with Aux Talent before submission, the referral may not be eligible for a reward.
3. Reward Qualification
  • The referral bonus is earned only if the referred business signs a direct-hire agreement with Aux Talent and successfully hires a candidate through our services.
  • The placed candidate must complete the agreed upon guarantee for the referrer to receive payment.
4. Payment & Tax Compliance
  • Referral payments will be issued via electronic transfer or another agreed-upon method.
  • Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received.
5. Program Changes & Termination
  • Aux Talent reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
  • Any disputes regarding referrals will be resolved at the sole discretion of Aux Talent.

Are all positions eligible for referrals?

Generally, all full-time and part-time open positions are eligible, but check specific program guidelines for any exclusions.

What happens if multiple people refer the same company?

The reward goes to whoever submitted the referral first. First come, first rewarded!

When and How Do You Get Paid?

Once our placed candidate successfully completes their guarantee, we’ll send your reward directly via email. Simple as that!
