Referred Business Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Referral Submission
- A referred business must be a new client to Aux Talent, meaning they have not previously engaged our services.
- Referrals must be submitted through our official referral form before any direct communication between Aux Talent and the referred business.
2. Referral Ownership & Conflicts
- The referral is credited to the first person who submits it.
- If a referred business is already in discussions with Aux Talent before submission, the referral may not be eligible for a reward.
3. Reward Qualification
- The referral bonus is earned only if the referred business signs a direct-hire agreement with Aux Talent and successfully hires a candidate through our services.
- The placed candidate must complete the agreed upon guarantee for the referrer to receive payment.
4. Payment & Tax Compliance
- Referral payments will be issued via electronic transfer or another agreed-upon method.
- Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on rewards received.
5. Program Changes & Termination
- Aux Talent reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
- Any disputes regarding referrals will be resolved at the sole discretion of Aux Talent.
