Aux Talent is a female-founded, boutique recruiting agency co-founded by Gabby Obeji and Hannah Corden. With over 15 years of combined search expertise, the Aux Talent team provides a white glove and consultative approach to building incredible teams across non-technical business functions.
Hannah Corden is a Co-Founder of Aux Talent with 9 years of search experience partnering with many of the Bay Area’s leading companies. She is a Bay Area native who attended Saint Mary’s College of CA and graduated with honors. Her career in recruiting began at a boutique agency in San Francisco and has spanned both coasts. Hannah relocated to Pittsburgh to be closer to family and she now knows what four seasons look like. When she isn’t recruiting, you’ll find her curled up with a good book or exploring her new city.

Hannah believes relationships are the foundation of talent acquisition and prides herself on her ability to make meaningful connections. She consistently challenges the status quo by thinking outside of the box when it comes to identifying the right talent for a company. Recruiting is never one size fits all, customization is key. Gabby Obeji is a Co-Founder of Aux Talent with 10 years combined talent acquisition and sales consulting experience. San Diego raised and educated graduating Cum Laude from the University of San Diego, she kicked off her search career in the innovative landscape of San Francisco/Silicon Valley. Gabby has partnered with influential leaders across the spectrum, from series A to public entities, within a range of industries. She has recently returned back to Southern California with her husband, Mike and rescue Lab, Frankie. When she isn’t recruiting, you’ll find her hiking or cooking her next creation.

Gabby lets no stone go unturned in her process. She is constantly seeking information from both her clients and candidates to both exceed expectations on understanding fit and skillset, as well as maintain transparency and integrity to each and every search.
