Aux Talent is partnering with an established San Francisco-based Private Equity firm to add several roles to their Administrative team. The firm has raised over $3.4 billion across six funds since its inception and is currently managing three institutional funds.

Executive Assistant/Deal Coordinator :
- This role will provide strategic administrative support to senior executives and/or members of the deal team, as well as wear a variety of hats on a daily basis including calendaring and travel coordination, expense management and deal coordination.
- HYBRID SCHEDULE: 3-4 days in office/1-2 work from home
- $100-115K base + bonus + comprehensive benefits
- REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of Administrative Support experience (Finance or Private Equity a plus), strong attention to detail, communication (both written and verbal) and professionalism

Receptionist/Office Assistant :
- Be the face of the company and wear a variety of hats on a daily basis, including: greeting guests, answering phones, managing conference rooms, handling travel requests and inventory management.
- HYBRID SCHEDULE: 4 days in office/1 work from home
- $55-65K base + bonus + comprehensive benefits
- REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years in an Administrative role within an office setting, attention to detail, organization and strong communication skills.

HOT JOB ‼️ EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY! (Bay Area Based, 90% remote)

We have partnered with an established Bay Area Consulting firm that specializes in philanthropic, business and government projects related to sustainability. The Principal is looking for an Executive Assistant to be a true partner who will provide dynamic administrative, project and team support. The ideal candidate will be extremely sharp, resourceful and have high EQ.

This role will be primarily REMOTE, but MUST be based in the Bay Area as you will get together 1-2x per month locally. You will work with teams addressing some of the world's leading problems such as water, women's reproductive health and climate change.

$90-110K, but may go higher for the right candidate (1099 role, but a stipend for benefits can be discussed).

The company is looking to hire their first Supply Chain Specialist - FULLY REMOTE FYI! They are seeking someone who can assist with the day-to-day activities of the COO, including: ensuring the purchasing and movement of inventory is scheduled as per the approved Demand/Supply Plan + arranging collection/shipment of inventory and delivery across their worldwide fulfillment network. B2B Operational/Logistics experience required, ERP experience desired (NetSuite a plus). $70-80K base + 10% bonus + comprehensive benefits.
