Aux Talent is partnering with a category-leading beauty and wellness brand to hire a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join the Product Development team. This pivotal role is the operational backbone of our product launch engine, responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving all go-to-market (GTM) and launch activities across our growing portfolio of devices and topical skincare products. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Development, this individual will work closely with cross-functional partners across the organization to ensure every product launches on time, on plan, and with accuracy.
Typical duties (but are not limited to):

Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for all new product launches across devices and topical skincare.

Build, maintain, and manage comprehensive launch plans that span product development, clinical, regulatory, supply chain, marketing, sales, and operations.

Manage daily project tasks across the product development team, ensuring that all action items are clearly owned, tracked, and completed on time.

Maintain a centralized task management system (Monday.com) and ensure it always reflects current project status.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Product Development and all interdepartmental stakeholders, including Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
- Draft and send project update communications, meeting recaps, and action item summaries to relevant teams.
- Support Product Development and clinical teams with administrative and logistical needs related to product development activities. Coordinate sample shipments, vendor meetings, and review sessions as needed to support the product development process.
Requirements:

1-3+ years of experience in project management preferred, ideally within consumer products, beauty, medical devices, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.

PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.

Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder product launches from planning through execution.

Expert-level organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing detail.
Schedule: REMOTE, regular business hours
Pay: 85-90K BASE + quarterly performance bonus + comprehensive benefits
