Our client, an early stage software development firm, is looking for a dynamic, highly organized and ambitious Executive Assistant (with some office operations) to support their CEO and growing office.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage complex calendar and schedule of the CEO, manage expenses, support in the planning of meetings, off sites and events, triage and respond to emails, continue to build on efficiencies in the growing office, assist with on/offboarding
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, 3-5 years (early stage) executive support experience, strong communication skills, proactive, highly organized and passionate about project management (office operations experience a plus!)
Schedule: ~10am-6pm, 5 days a week in the office
Pay: $100,000-150,000/year DOE + equity + strong benefits
