Last month Aux Talent celebrated 3 years in business! Leather is the traditional 3rd anniversary gift and boy did we earn it (!) as the last year of recruiting has not been for the faint of heart. We would not have made it through without our loyal client and candidate base continually coming to us with opportunities and referrals, our team member’s tenacity venturing into new industries and locations, as well as putting our recruiting skillset to the ultimate test taking on out of the box searches (did we really place a Data Scientist and an EA in Berlin?! You bet we did!)
Here is to a fruitful, fulfilling and motivating 4th year. We love what we do and strive to help our community find their AUX factor!
