Our client, a cutting edge Venture Capital firm in San Francisco (Jackson Square), is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Finance/Operations and LP/Investor Relations teams. Primary support would be to the CFO, VP of Operations and the Partner who runs LP/Investor Relations. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, organized, personable and has strong support and project management skills.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Provide high-level administrative support to the Partners and CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and support services such as events with portfolio companies, LP investors, quarterly team building, offsites, conference calls, webinars, presentation/deck prep for Annual meetings, CRM management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, 5-7 years executive support experience in a fast paced VC environment, strong communication skills, proactive, strong technical skills in slide creation and design, webinar coordination and management (can organize and lead a webinar end to end), knowledge of mass email solutions including Mailchimp or other mail merge software, strong writing skills (can draft LP and community communications), deep/existing knowledge of IR and finance support (ie. responsible for managing in person AGM, be able to interface with LPs, keep CRM/databases current)
Schedule: standard working hours, primarily remote, but in office required when CFO is in town (once a month for several days)
Pay: $130,000-140,000/year + bonus + profit sharing + strong benefits
