Aux Talent is partnering with a global technology firm specializing in loyalty and customer engagement solutions for financial services to find an Executive Assistant to the CEO in New York City. This role will provide strategic business support in a brand new office space, while wearing multiple hats including light office management and personal assistance along with backing up the leadership team. As the EA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO’s demanding schedule, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the vibrant and productive work environment that defines the company culture.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): calendaring, travel coordination, communications, office management and project management
Requirements: 8-10+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives in both hyper-growth and established global tech companies, organizational and time management skills
Pay: $150-200K base + bonus + equity + comprehensive benefits
Location: NYC , HYBRID – 3 days/week
