Our client, an early stage investment firm with ~$2.1B in assets is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high touch support to their well known Founder and join a collaborative team!
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage complex calendar and schedule, work closely with both the internal team as well as personal and family contacts, vendor management with regards to property management, event and personal activity planning, travel planning, set up reservations as needed, run personal errands such as shopping, food order pickup, mail drop-off and deliveries, provide occasional support to daily household operations such as scheduling maintenance/repairs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, 5-8 years high level executive personal support experience in a fast paced environment, strong communication skills, proactive, high level of discretion
Schedule: standard working hours, with occasional weekend needs (hybrid)
Pay: $125-150K/year + bonus + strong benefits
