Our team is partnering with a Silicon Valley-based private investment company to find an Executive/Personal Assistant to the Chairman and his family. This is a highly visible role that interacts with all levels of the business including partners in Asia. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, discreet, personable and has strong support skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Chairman.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Personal Support (80%) and Executive Support (20%), manage household activities and staff, run errands, calendaring, travel coordination, project management, event planning, presentation prep and drafting correspondence in addition to other tasks as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally 10+ years of experience in a support role at the C-level, Bilingual English/Mandarin speaker a plus, strong attention to detail, proactive nature, polish and professionalism, car required
Schedule: HYBRID, 2-3 days in office (5 days in office when the Chairman is in town)
Pay: $130-175k+ Base + Performance Bonus + robust benefits package
