Our client, a FinTech unicorn, is looking for an experienced EA to CEO support their CEO & Founder and partner with a collaborative CEO team. *30-50% travel required*
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage complex calendar and schedule, book complex travel, manage expenses, support in the planning of meetings, off sites and events, triage and respond to emails, ad hoc projects from Chief of Staff
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, 3-5 years high level (tech) executive support experience, strong communication skills, proactive, polished and eager to pitch in on all levels
Schedule: standard working hours, 3 days a week in office + 30-50% travel component (dom&intl)
Pay: $140,000-170,000/year DOE + equity + strong benefits
