We are partnering with an exciting Miami-based, Series A Startup disrupting the $40B labor market that encompasses entry-level jobs in warehouses & distribution centers! This on demand staffing marketplace is experiencing incredible growth and will most like 3x by the end of this year. The team is looking for their first Talent Acquisition hire (ideally based in Miami) to directly impact the growth and success of the team.
Typical duties (but not limited to): Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles, maintain and build a diverse pipeline of ‘warm’ candidates for backfills and future roles, develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide a seamless recruiting experience with timely follow up and attention to detail, for both candidates and hiring managers and consistently hit sourcing and hiring targets.
Requirements: 3+ years of G&A/Tech recruiting experience preferably out of Startup comfortable both leading and acting as an individual contributor, strong communication skills and integrity are a must and familiarity with recruiting software and sourcing tools.
Schedule: this is an full time, in office role
Pay: $140-180K DOE + equity + comprehensive benefits (and other start up perks!)
Location: Miami, FL (will pay for relocation)
