A world leader in medical-grade LED light therapy that is redefining the skincare industry is looking to hire their first Operations & Logistics Coordinator! They are seeking someone who can assist with the day-to-day activities of the COO. You will be working with the COO to ensure the purchasing and movement of inventory is scheduled as per the approved Demand/Supply Plan. You will be responsible for arranging collection/shipment of inventory and delivery across our worldwide fulfillment network.
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Daily monitoring of inventory levels across all products and GEOs, inventory management, work closely with the CEO and COO on continual forecast updates, weekly analyzing of sales forecast vs actuals and impact on inventory, submit purchase orders and work with manufacturers to allocate inventory to GEOs. The responsibilities will also include, but not limited to, administrative office work and sales support when necessary.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience of B2B Operational & Logistics experience – corporate ordering and shipping experience preferred, experience with an ERP system (NetSuite preferred), experience with submitting purchase orders, communicating with freight forwarders and importer/exporter specialists and extremely organized and proactive
Schedule: standard business hours
Pay: $70,000-80,000/year + 10% quarterly bonus + comprehensive benefits
Location: Napa, CA (4-5 days in office/week)
