Aux Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer brand in the DFW area to add an Inventory & Supply Chain Analyst to their Operations team. This person will play a critical role in improving inventory accuracy, tracking inbound product flow, supporting supply chain reporting, and helping implement new systems and processes as the company scales.
Monitor and reconcile inventory levels, adjustments, and cycle counts across warehouse/3PL partners
Track inbound shipments, POs, ETAs, and production timelines to support on-time product launches
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shrink, and discrepancies with cross-functional partners
Maintain accurate SKU and item master data; support new SKU creation and updates
Build and maintain weekly dashboards for inventory health, in-stock rates, aged inventory, and inbound visibility
Support replenishment and demand planning inputs, including reporting around velocity and weeks of supply
Assist with PRP implementation, including testing, data validation, SOP updates, and ongoing improvements
Partner with Finance on inventory/COGS data integrity where needed
Identify and recommend operational improvements to streamline accuracy and efficiency
2+ years of supply chain, inventory, logistics, or operations experience (internships + early career role count)
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, data analysis)
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable investigating discrepancies
Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouse/3PL, vendors, and internal teams
Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership—and grow with the business
Bonus: Experience with Shopify, ERP/WMS systems, SQL, or PRP implementation
Schedule: In-office, full time
Pay: $70,000–90,000/year + ~20% bonus + comprehensive benefits
Location: Prosper, TX (open to relocation)
