Aux Talent is partnering with a fast-growing beauty brand at the intersection of artistry and authenticity to hire an Executive Assistant supporting the Founder, a well-known beauty influencer who recently launched the brand. This is a true “right hand” role focused on bringing calm, structure, and follow-through to a high-velocity environment so the Founder can stay focused on the highest-impact work.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and discrete, with strong judgment and a polished communication style. This role is distinctly not a personal assistant position, but the right person understands that in creator-led businesses, personal and professional lines can occasionally blur.
Typical duties (include but are not limited to):
- Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned to top business priorities
- Coordinate complex travel, meetings, interviews, and scheduling—anticipating conflicts and resolving them in real time
- Own day-to-day administrative needs (expenses, vendor coordination, logistics) and keep key workflows moving
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications; draft/respond to correspondence in the Founder’s voice as needed
- Coordinate with partners, clients, investors, and collaborators to ensure timely follow-ups and professional representation
- Manage speaking engagements, interviews, and press requests in partnership with PR/marketing
Support select personal logistics (travel, appointments, scheduling) and assist with events/errands as needed to free the Founder’s time
- Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive company and personal matters
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and shifting timelines
- Strong writing and communication skills; capable of representing the Founder with professionalism and tact
- High EQ, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive, high-stakes situations
- Anticipatory mindset—two steps ahead, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Tech-savvy and systems-minded (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Airtable)
- Calm under pressure and comfortable operating amid ambiguity and creative pace
- Boston-based and willing to travel 25–50%
Schedule: Remote (Boston-based required)
Pay: $100,000–115,000/year + comprehensive benefits
Location: Boston, MA (remote with travel)
