Boutique Private Wealth Management team under a well-known Financial company in San Francisco is looking for an Executive Assistant/Client Service Associate to support the Principal and team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a hybrid role that will have three main components: executive assistance, marketing support and client services. You will have the opportunity to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses and work on a variety of projects on a regular basis. Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for internal, external events and team meetings, schedule travel and process expense reports, maintain website, create content, copy and collateral for the team, create and manage email campaigns with market content, responsible for maintaining client engagement through gifts, newsletters, etc.
Requirements: 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferably in a Financial environment, Bachelor’s Degree required, Active Series 7 & 63 licenses or obtain within 6 months of entering the role, strong communication skills, team player mentality, demonstrates excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Schedule: Hybrid role, 2-3 days in office
Pay: $100-120K + comprehensive benefits
