We are helping their team identify a strong admin professional to support their 3 busy partners as well as assist with office operations and event support. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, close knit team transforming the moving world!
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage complex calendar and travel coordination, meeting management, office operations and building maintenance, event support, providing a welcoming atmosphere for visiting clients
Requirements: 3+ years executive support experience in a fast paced environment, strong communication skills, proactive, eager to pitch in on all levels, high level of discretion
Schedule: 9am-6pm, IN OFFICE FULL TIME
Salary: 95-115K base + generous benefits package
