A Series C leader and disrupter in the Healthcare industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the CRO. This is the first EA hire for the company and this person will work cross-functionally as part of the People Experience team. Typical duties (but are not limited to): Serve as a true right hand and business partner to the CEO and CRO, coordinate high level meetings and plan for events, manage calendars, monitor emails, travel coordination, expense management and ad hoc projects.
Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or relevant Executives, experience working in a SaaS or Startup environment a plus, excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high level of integrity and discretion
Schedule: Typical business hours with responsiveness after hours
Pay: $120,000-160,000/year + equity + comprehensive benefits
Location: Draper, UT – hybrid
