Aux Talent is partnering with an established Bay Area Consulting firm that specializes in philanthropic, business and government projects related to sustainability. The Principal is looking for an Executive Assistant who is a true partner and can provide dynamic administrative, project and team support. The ideal candidate will be extremely sharp, resourceful and have high EQ.
This role will be primarily REMOTE, but must be based in the Bay Area as you will get together 1-2 times a month on the Peninsula or in San Francisco. You will work with teams addressing some of the world’s leading problems such as water, women’s reproductive health and climate change. $90-120K, but may go higher for the right candidate (1099 role).
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Manage complex calendar and schedule, both business and light personal for Principal, external relationship management, event planning, project management, travel coordination, back up team support and drafting correspondence as needed
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, 3-5 years executive support experience in a fast paced professional services environment, strong communication skills, proactive, polished, adaptive and collaborative
Schedule: standard working hours
Pay: $90,000-120,000/year + stipend for benefits
Location: Primarily remote, but 1-2 times a month in Menlo Park
