A Series D startup disrupting the sports and entertainment industry is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support its 2 co-founders as well as manage it’s culture centric HQ in Torrance, CA. If you’re a passionate self-starter, this is a great opportunity to work with a growing and innovative team!
Typical duties (but are not limited to): Serve as a gatekeeper and right hand to 2 busy co-founders, coordinate high level meetings and plan for events, manage calendars, travel coordination, and overall maintenance of the LA based office.
Requirements: 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative role, excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high level of integrity and discretion.
Schedule: Typical business hours with responsiveness after hours
Pay: $70,000-75,000 year + bonus + equity + comprehensive benefits
