We have partnered with a rapidly scaling Digital Healthcare company looking to grow out their Talent Team. There are multiple Talent Acquisition Partner opportunities within this firm supporting technical, non-technical, G&A, and clinical teams.
Typical duties (but not limited to): Handling full cycle recruiting for a growing startup, implementing process and liaising with hiring managers as needed, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Requirements: 2-4+ years recruiting experience, exceptionally efficient, high EQ, strong communication skills and integrity are a must. **Background in medical or medical technology is a plus, but not required.
Schedule: typical business hours (9am-5pm)
Pay: $120-160K DOE + equity + benefits
